Lion & Lioness Ministry
The Lion & Lioness Ministry was established with the mission to restore justice and dignity to homeless and orphaned children. We are committed to providing a comprehensive support system that addresses spiritual, social, relational, and economic needs.
Our goal is to guide individuals through the process of reintegration into society, offering essential services such as gainful employment, housing assistance, and transportation to and from the workplace. Additionally, we will support the acquisition of affordable transportation for long-term independence.
The ministry also operates educational programs designed to help children earn their high school diplomas and adults obtain their GEDs, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed. Post-graduation, we provide ongoing support through weekly Zoom meetings, offering one-on-one counseling to ensure continuous progress and success.
Lion & Lioness is equally dedicated to supporting the elderly, providing shelter, food, clothing, and transportation. Our ministry will also offer medical assistance through experienced nurses who will manage health care and medication distribution for elderly residents.
Our organization's vision, inspired by the foundational principles of leadership and family values, is inspired by 'Parents Do It For the Children' written by founder, Robert Graham Jr. This book serves as a guide for our curriculum and organizational ethos.
A Message from our Founder
The scriptures tell us that when people brought children to Jesus, his disciples tried to turn them away. But Jesus was indignant and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them, and blessed them. (Mark 10:14-16)
This scripture is the very heart of our ministry. It is a divine mandate to protect, nurture, and champion every child. At Lion & Lioness Ministry, we are building that welcoming embrace—a community where no child is turned away, and no family is left without hope.
My life's journey has been one of radical transformation and a calling to serve those the world often overlooks. Having witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of broken systems on families and children, I have dedicated my life to being a bridge from despair to hope. Through my work co-founding a publishing company and a magazine, I have helped amplify the voices of the marginalized and champion the cause of justice and family restoration.
I authored “Parents Do It For the Children” because I believe we must all take responsibility for shifting the course for our next generation. We see the suffering—the homelessness, the hunger, the missed opportunities—and we are called to act. But we cannot do it alone.
